Root canal can save a tooth that has become severely infected or or where the root has decayed. The procedure is often performed on an emergency basis. If an examination indicates that you need a root canal, our first priority is getting the patient out of pain as quickly and safely as possible. Our patient's well being is always top of mind.

Root canal treatment is designed save a natural tooth that is severely infected. It relieves the pain caused by the infection or abscessed tooth. The procedure need not be painful and entails removing the inflamed or infected pulp, which includes the nerve and connective tissue, from the inside of the tooth which is then filled and sealed. Depending on the complexity of the case, Dr. Lehman may perform the procedure or refer you to a trusted, skilled endodontist with many years of experience.
